The home deserves top marks. Extremely clean, very comfortable for our family, which included 6 adults. Well appointed with some very nice touches, particularly enjoyed the porch swing and the view! Would definitely stay again.

Pleased with the house, location, and accuracy of listing description. The host stayed in contact during the trip to ensure everything was going well. No complaints on the venue or process. Great Mountain views from backyard and front yard. Really enjoyed the front porch swing.

Pros: - Great location - a quick 5 min drive to downtown BV- Nice house overall - Spacious and good for larger groups Cons: - The pillows and mattresses are incredibly cheap and not comfortable. One of the mattresses was so bad it would cave in the middle with two people sleeping on it, our friends ended up bringing in their camping mattress to sleep on instead. - There are no comforters on any of the beds - just sheets and a random assortment of blankets and throws that have probably never been washed. - The decor is highly religious - might not bother some, but for a rental, I would tone it down and try to accommodate a broader audience - The yard is all dirt and while the playground is a nice touch, it felt like it was going to fall apart at any second so I wouldn't say it's super safe for older kids. Our 4 year old weighs 35 pounds and I was nervous having her on the swing. With fees, etc., we paid about 600/night and it didn't feel worth it, especially if a good night's rest is important to you.

Beautiful location and quiet neighborhood. Easy check-in process and great customer service! The home is spacious, relaxing, and had all the amenities we needed. We highly recommend Grand View Property Management homes for your Buena Vista vacation!
